LLC, despite your advise, i actually bought this species.
BUT i have zero luck with them.
i bought 8 pieces from clementi 328, but they all died.

Then i bought another 2 from Qian Hu (different species from clementi, not sure what kind, maybe somebody can tell me), unfortunately, one die out of a sudden.

These are the two common bass that found here (body pattern difference). Not sure of their name, the latter one is more ex. These were mine.

the 1st pic should be a mono, while the exotic 1 should be an "occelotus"(dunno how to spell, Haha!) or the other way round cos I cannot tell the difference between the 2. lol

i did a bit of reseach and realized those caught in the reservoir are called Ocellaris.

The first photo from LLC is called Orinocensis
The second photo from LLC is called Temensis
i like this Temensis but no luck all died.

Image
i learned that this is called Intermedia
Perhaps it is a Temensis afterall. Record indicates that this species changes its pattern and colour during mating session.

No, I don't do freshwater fishing. These aren't mine :)
I read the flesh is colored or something like that - green or yellow.
Eeeek....
