Yellow Powder

I have read here about yellow powder. I have some first time. 5g 
Dont need to use yet but would like to know before I need.
My oranda  have had ulcers on body not wen. can put yellow powder on ulcer and in the water?
how measure 1g with spoon?
how much each 10g or 40L

What exactly is yellow powder?  I have never heard of it.

This is what I have in my notes : 

Carps, crucian carps and golden fishes:- 
Dissolve 5~10g of the powder in 100L of water and let them swim there for 4 hours 
Dissolve 1~2g of the powder in 100L of water and let them swim there for 24 hours 

Freshwater tropical fishes:- 
Dissolve 1g of the powder in 100L of water and let them swim for 24 hours. 

Caution; use a different tank. Do not use the one you keep the fishes in , it kills bb as well as plants. 

Other notes.  Wear a glove if you must absolutely have contact with the water that is already mixed with yellow powder - I read somewhere it is has carcinogens.  Don't use them unless absolutely necessary ... It is the same as human taking antibiotic, is not necessary at all time when you are ill.

The one I have is 3rd generation yellow powder,  LLc has talked about, powder is from singapore
