Anyone here have interest in Saltwater/Marine Fish??

Post by goldenswimmers » Sun Jun 15, 2014 1:50 pm

I have recently begun the journey with saltwater fish too  ....I think if you like breeding challenges with fish then the saltwater guys will give you a challenge..BIG TIME! ...Im keen on the dwarf angels at the moment but will warm up breeding wise with clown fish, sea horses and probably banggai cardinals as these guys are probably the best for beginners :geek: .I think concentrating on quality goldfish and marine fish too it will be a lot of fun and hard work :ugeek: plus I think breeding marine fish comes with good karma..these guys will have to be left alone soon so its good to start breeding them in captivity I say :violin: ....
Anyone else like the marine fish/aquariums???

And here is a picture of my new little eibli angel

This is one territory I resist from stepping into.

Id love to have a go at breeding these guys and they even hybrid/cross in nature so you could try some things out if you were lucky enough to master the breeding(a hard thing in itself!!)..

I have tried and now I am back to keeping Ranchu. Maintenance and keeping the fish alive is quite a task, with expensive equipment to maintain water quality not having to mention that regular water change too. So I am out of marine and back to Ranchu again.

That's the reason. Once touched and got addicted can cost you a fortune!

yeah i keep freshwater fish only. I do not even keep any tropical fish :o . I only keep fish that are related to carp. Saltwater is expensive and the fish are not the same as freshwater fish.
