Beside all other criteria for standard GF, moor emphasis is on the protruding eyes. From my understanding the right/left eyes got to be balance in term of size, size of eye w.r.t body got to be proportional (not too big or small) and the eye got to be healthy, no opaque white stuff, hollow fill.....

Normally a moor is black. Other twintail goldfish with globe eyes would be dragoneyes or telescopes as they call them in the West. Broadtail moors are pictures on the following the Bristol Aquarists Society site:
